look at this report... 73 Headshots. out of his 109 kills. he made 73 headshots. I'm not saying its IMPOSSIBLE. but its not that easy as well. Now if you combine this with Wallhack/ESP or whatever. 1 Shot kills with M9 pistol. Then you sure are a hacker.
