Good day,

I believe that I have been banned because another player in my party, which is my brother, was hacking. We live in the same building use the same IP address. A few months ago, we were playing together and he was banned. Even though I performed extremely poorly (see the linked battle report) and was clearly not hacking or using my brother's hacks to my advantage I was banned as well.

Also, this can't be a secondary account of my brother's as we were playing together in the same match (again, refer to the linked battle report).

Multiple staff members took at look at your case and the information you provided.

The battlereport showing both soldiers actively participating in the same server/round gives us enough proof to assume that this in fact is your own account and does not belong to your cheating brother.

In case your brother decides to take over your account and cheat on it the ban will be reapplied as soon as we notice it.
