Had a guy aparently hacking in a few games, I confronted him and he said 

only 11 have been busted lately , i was stirring him about being number 12

he said  "I have a trial baby" and that no one was going to bust him ??

I cant seem to find him in the database either ??

If he is on gametime, he is right. We can not do anything against gametime cause we can not ban on official servers. Bright side is that gametime can only play on official, so stay on ranked. Avoid official servers.
