First of all, I really appreciate your help. I've never had to deal with anything like this so I'm a little bit overwhelmed to say the least 

My understanding from what you're saying is that:

1. Someone cheated. (Presumably the person driving the tank in the video)

2. They somehow linked their account to mine. (How they do this you haven't explained)

3. There is no way for you to remove the link. (Is there a way for me to do it?)

Here are some relevant facts for your information in order to hopefully help resolve this.

1. I don't know this person. If I ever played with them in the past or if they were ever in my friend's lists, I honestly don't recall. (Keep in mind I've played Battlefield; 1942, Vietnam, Battlefield 2, 2142, 1943, Bad Company 2, Heroes, Battlefield 3, Play4Free, Battlefield 4, Hardline, Battlefield 1, Battlefield V and various mods & expansion packs on PC, PlayStation & Xbox for nearly 20 years!) We're talking tens of thousands of hours and I never, ever even once considered cheating! Cheaters are lame losers that ruin the game for everyone *period

2. At the time of this person's banning (3 months ago or so)  I was not even playing on PC and had not been for more than six months. I had been playing on Xbox One exclusively. (I only recently tried this past week which is how I discovered the ban)

3. I tried removing this person from my friend's list (if they were ever even there to begin with) but I don't see them. In fact, there is only one person listed there now.

*This is really odd for two reasons.

First, because at one point my list was maxed out so much that I would have to remove someone in order to add someone else. Secondly, because this one remaining person not only don't I know but (as I've said) I wasn't even playing a month ago when they were added.

4. I legitimately am unfairly banned since apparently there was nothing I could've done to prevent it.

Please let me know if there is anything you, I or anyone else can do to fix this.

What would you do?
