1) Indicators of engagement with the community

Create community badges, example:

Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals for the following items:

a) total Banned,

b) total linked account

c) for credibility when reporting a cheating player: total banned / total not banned

d) time of contribution as patreon

2) Filters to help monitor players who haven't been banned.

Additionally, it would be nice to have a column that says when was the last update or message in the report, as currently there is no way to know when it was closed when seeing it on the "playertools/reports" page
