Thanks for your cooperation. It looks like your account was used to cheat in 2016. It does not matter who did it or when it happened. Fact is PB found a blacklisted program being used in your game. Therefor the ban will not be removed.

In 2016 there was found a blacklisted program. That is enough proof for us to keep your GUID perma banned from 4DB protected servers.

Your basic thought I understood and adopted. I can't understand why in 2 years you did nothing, and when you complained to the admin who took offense to my game, but there is no evidence, you decided to use old data.
