Btw he had footages like your's smurf and main accs, so i am really disappointed in you as a player. In the near future, I will notify Medovik, he himself will be able to take part in the discussion and i'll hope for an adequate assessment of the moderators. Btw its usual practice, when "competitive around" players and just good players suspect each other of cheating.

I believe Med0vik did not always use the dps hack, since there are MANY more battlereports with normal 4-5 hits per kill statistics.
A battlereport where he has normal Scar-H stats but still doesnt reach his AEK-971 level.

It fits the hardcore damage of the AEK, and the damage is about the same as other players have on the server. Same goes for the other reports from that server.
http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/860968047943295040/860084761/ This one is also possible considering the amount of explosions on locker it is not uncommon to get multiple hits with one bullet and thus upping the damage. Explosives and fire damage also carry over as hits and can affect multiple targets at once upping the overall damage too.
I do not see any evidence for cheating at the moment, so I will close the thread. If new evidence comes in PM someone of the staff first before creating more of the same threads.
Edit:
We got send a few video's and battlereports which have been analyzed by all staffmembers. We came to the conclusion that the higher damage output is caused by the use of impact grenades. Impacts do not pack enough punch to instakill on normal servers, and thus leave the target at low health. An additional shot with the primary or sidearm is needed to finish the job, which leads to "one shot kill" on that weapon. Situations where the healthbar drops faster then usual or hitmarkers showing up late seem to be caused by server update issues.
Furthermore the overall damage (shown on the players profile) on the used weapons is not higher then usual, and has been normal for over 9 months and even before that.
