What does the BF4DB platform consider for VPN use? Furthermore, if a player who uses a VPN receives an IP in which other players were previously banned using, he may also be banned by "Linked Account (Linked IP)"?

BF4DB does not ban for VPN, even BFAT only kicks for VPN usage, if the settings are enabled.

Except its a barely used VPN, or for other very rare circumstances, it is very unlikely a VPN IP will lead to a linked account ban.
