Could you please unban my account ? my account name is aquo00, it was banned about 9 months ago and i dont know why.

I contacted EA and they said my account could have been hacked as i cant play BF 4 anymore, every time i try to  Play i get punkbuster banned msg. i dont know  how but my account could have been hacked when i was not using it, i did not use it for a long time though, but still , i dont know how they got my username and password,  they did not changed my password or anything like that, they just logged in and play with my account. I believe BF 3 account is ok as i tested it and it was working fine. I just saw the video online and this was not me playing. I put alot of time to level up this soldier , i dont want to start all over again.
