I started BF4 a few weeks ago I could not join servers I have played it the past.  Seems I was banned for Linked Account though I am not sure what that is and how I got it?  I have never used a hack or shared my account info?  What can I do? 

You need to claim your soldier before the admins will take a look at your account.

No, the only person I know on BF4 is my son but he has is own game/account.   The name Vailius doesn't sound familiar from previous games I have played.

I tried to open my BF4 because he was my only friend but he is not listed.  I did reload Origin and BF4 when I started having this issue.  I'll need to call him if it's important for my case?

Ok got his text just now, he thinks his his username is Bulletwound or Bulletwound08....he hasn't played in years.

I looked up both.  It must be Bulletwound08 because he bought BF4 years ago and didn't like it over Counterstrike.   Not a Team Player!
