PLayers xxM0KAxx and QRA_G3DM4X  NOT PBBANS. please, review stats.

xxM0KAxx has 1 weird report where he also used snipers. looking at the other 2 rounds, where you see a low kill per minute, low kill kill rounds and the usage of snipers and/or DMR's. I see nothing that would clearly indicate the player is cheating and that would keep standing in a ban appeal. 

About QRA_G3DM4X , in our ban policy and the document i refered to (https://bf4db.com/forum/thread/punkbuster-bans-permanently-suspended-2777) it says all punkbuster bans after 02-01-2018 can't be used as primary evidence. Sites like PBBans, Aci and GGC are sites that stream punkbuster bans, so every ban from those sites after 02-01-2018 can't be used as primary evidence. 

Why was this player banned using GGC link then? It is the same situation.

Because that punkbuster ban was before 02/01/2018.
