I checked PBSS captured on my server, and I found screenshots which was something strange.
these PBSS are not focused and seemed to be unclearly.
In spite of I've been checking PBSS long time (since BF3 released), I've never seen such a blocky PBSS
I knew that some PBSS capture failed and displays blackscreen or incorrectly
But only this player is always submitting bad quality PBSS to my server.

I'd like to know why this phenomenon are occurred and caused by external tools(cheats, macros etc... ) or not.

this is because their PC is not very good or they want to get the maximum performance of their machine. they play at low settings and decrease their resolution scale to 50-60 or 70% to get more FPS. there's nothing strage there.

All graphic settings are set as low and then I captured PBSS and SS

In addition, lots of PBSS can seen pbscreens.com, but I can't find PBSS that is similar to it.

I've seen a lot of players with choppy PBSS as well. It is interesting how much better you can get once you get a good PC to play BF4 on, you can see the transition between choppy crappy PBSS and clear ones.
