I recorded the video of a game in which I made 106/38, same weapon, same game mode, same style of game, but unfortunately with enough crashes and FPS crashes for recording at 50fps (I tried 60 before but it was crashing a lot and the game would crash. 60fps I use only for minor highlights).
Total video time: 48 minutes: 63 GB, may take a while because I still have to render in 1080p.

I took down the original video of him cheating (the original report) and deleted it.. He was spamming comments on it and I didn't think it was needed since he was banned.
He's cheating like mad and making a mockery of the entire process.

The lack of recoil is not really "proof" as such. Someone could have the most unreal control where it would appear as if a bot was being used.. but ya, that kind of control doesn't exist. When I first filed the report, I also mentioned that he had a 1.6 KD over 80 ranks, and then suddenly goes to something like 10 to 1. That's not definitive proof either, since he might have suddenly become a BF4 savant.
I'm running a utility on my comp to try and recover the deleted video I uploaded to YT. Hopefully it'll find it and I can upload it again. Still, videos can never been 100% reliable unless the person cheating wants to be caught. Any cheat worth its salt shows the cheater that they're being specced. -

Set to 120 FOV and you'll get an impression of improved recoil control.
