    Hello and thanks for doing the best you can against hackers but my little brother who is 14 decided to download mods or hacks while I was away at college and got me banned so Im appealing this ban because ive already locked it, and he can not get in here anymore. Thanks for the help!

    Search for your soldier with the searchbar on the homepage. Click your name in the searchresults. Click the blue claim button on the page that comes up. Without claimed account we can not help you.

    Thanks for claiming your soldier. Your account was used to cheat, period. It doesn't matter who cheated or who had access to your account. The ban will stay.
