    I agree with him too, the dorms are residential. I know nothing about how they structure their internet. Angry_Cuban13 that's a cool name.

    Link is valid. The dorm excuse does not hold up (it is a private ip, not a shared residence ip) and there is no evidence supporting the accounts being owned by different people.
