Hi, 

I have noticed that i recived an ban 8 months ago, but I don't no why? I never cheated or used hate speech, and the last time I played were 3 or 4 rounds just for nostalgia even without my friends. The only thing I noticed is that my profil picture was changeds and i don't know why. 

So can you please explain me why I recived a ban?

Has your account ever been compromised?

Not that I have noticed it but perhaps. I mean this would be the only way how my profile pic got changed. Now I have activated two faktor authentifikation.

I'm from Austria, exactly from Carinthia/ Klagenfurt 9020.

So bad news, it looks like your account was accessed by a cheater from the Ukraine and used to cheat. Per our policy, we cannot unban said account. We will mark it as "Hacked Account" which will prevent any future accounts of YOURS to be banned as "Linked Accounts".
