Hello, today I write this to get unbanned but also to simply see the reasoning behind the ban. I have been a long time Battlefield player on bf3, bf4, bf1, and a bit of bad company although some of those other games are on different accounts. I bring all that up because I am experienced and with years of experience comes skill. Now I could understand maybe some immaturity within the bf4 community, perhaps some angry players who aren't doing well that game. I can relate and even though I do great some games I also do 'bad' (for me) in others (check stats pics below). But my problem lies I know that I didn't hack and I think you would be hard pressed to find anything substantial as well. Another thing that was slightly off in the report was that the guy who said I was hacking (even though I didn't kill him, he was in a boat) said I was hacking midway through a Hainan Resort match and I was banned at the end of the match going into Dawnbreaker I believe. So I am perplexed at how I was banned for DMG hacks in multiple matches before the one guy made an accusation, mind you I never even killed him (he admitted it himself). Another thing important to context was that when I was in that Hainan Resort I was in an LAV all game so any K/D inflation had to do with the obvious vehicle advantage. Lastly I would like to note that I had a friend with me that game, his name is "ToneOfGrey" and you can see him in the above battle report. If needed he can testify for me because he was in my LAV that game and he and I are always running around together. Thank you for your time and I hope you can realize that this ban was false.

I re-opened the case. In the meantime you should be able to connect to BF4DB servers again.

I found no evidence of any cheat or damage modifiers
