Looking into the platoon its just full of cheaters.

So basically you can get banned, buy an official server and just like magic free to play!

What the heck is this Battlefield Agency thing all about, something apparently that protects his server ironically from cheaters.

Well PoIIoLoco is one of the most prolific BF4 cheat developers. He has a lot of custom servers so just stay away from them.
