    Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'l_Arslan_l' (for 1200 minutes) ... PBBans.com enforced a previous MBi Ban for l_Arslan_l. [Admin Decision]

    I tried to login to play and it says i have been banned by punkbuster and i do not understand why. I checked everywhere and it says ive been using multihack, but i have not used it. I have been playing for almost 3 years without any problems. Please advise me how to correct this issue so i can start playing. Ive spoken to other players and they have told me that thier accounts have been duplicated and they ban the account. So i wonder is that what is happening?

    Go appeal to EvenBalance. If they admit they’re wrong (they won’t), then we’ll overturn the ban. Apart from that, appeal denied.
