You mean the high Score per Minute? Thats because he joined right before the Round ends. He was ingame for around 15 Seconds got a kill and the points for being in the winning team. The points are calculated up to atleast one minute. -

A saw your reports... you need to prove. at least report with video evidence (from espectator view) no edited.
