Hey, unfortunately i have been banned for apparently getting 48 headshots and 90 kills or something like that in a game on operation metro which i do not recall at all because I live in AUS and we have barely any servers so I would never risk hacking and being banned as i absolutely love playing this game with my friends, i have played operation metro once from what i can remember and it was with a few of my friends in a squad so we could all unlock the F2000 rifle but i do not know if it was on this server because the server was almost empty. I have my battle logs right here and my stats are perfectly normal aswell and it really sucks because this server is one of the only 2 that work in my region and the other server also uses the same blacklist system or something like that so it doesn't let me play that either.

You can see from the battlelogs that the stats in all the games i've played are normal and since then i have changed my account passwords etc just in case i did get hacked.

I also noticed the report was 9 months ago which also confused me because I was able to play the server all the way up until now but I'm still not understanding why i've been banned for 1 game of suspicious stats 9 months later and every game in between has had normal or just average stats.

It seems that that specific game you were banned for was played from a US IP. Has your account been compromised at any point?

I got some emails about suspicious activity a while ago and my friends get them too but nothing ever happens. I have now changed my password and added 2 step verification to my account so I know my account is now secure. Every other battlelog should be from Australia because that's were i live.
