    Hello! Help me please.

This is my bf4db page https://bf4db.com/player/225873042

Here is report on me https://bf4db.com/player/ban/225873042 (http://bf4cheatreport.com/?pid=225873042&cnt=20&startdate=171022)

It is pretty long story of my problem. 14 of october 2017 i got FairFight ban without reason for 1 week in Battlefield 4. I never used any cheats or something like that, my reputation is important to me and i have no any sence to use that. When it's just happened my friend met me online with his friend who is DICE worker and he checked my account, he said my origin account was hacked from another russian city far away from me and somehow linked with this soldier which is not mine http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ru/soldier/Shinku_Cheater17/stats/1890576898/pc/ (And this is my battlelog page: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ru/user/HelgaWolfy/). I still don't understand how it possible. I don't know what that idiots did with my account, but i know they definetely never did not enter the game from my soldier, because he is clean and I didn't have any extraneous battle reports in that time. Nothing suspicious in my statistics was not ever. That's my history table and was nothing suspicious in october, just suddenly stats was reset: http://bf4stats.com:8601/pc/HelgaWolfy/history

So it's mean i guess my Bf4 soldier is clean, but origin account is not? I don't know myself, don't know how it works. I really don't know how to proof what i'm innocent and how to clean my name. EA answered me what they can't remove that sanction because this situation is regarded as a violate "Terms of Service". Suspicion actions with account. My life in Battlefield turned to hell after that ban. Of course i could buy game on other account, but it's hard to deal with that when you are innocent. It's so unfair.

Well, is it possible to get ban appeal here? What i need to do?

If your account was hacked and a FF reset was placed on your account right after that happened, your account most likely got used to cheat on. We never unban hacked accounts when they were used for cheating. Consider reading our ban policy to prevent further issues with our service.

You could try to contact EA at help.ea.com to find out if the reset itself was a mistake / false positive. If this was the case then we could reconsider. But again, this is unlikely to be the case.

Always use 2FA when available, not only for gaming accounts. It is a must these days.
