Hello Admins,

I'd like to un-ban my account from the battlefield 4 servers. My account was hacked and I only recently found out when I went to download the battlefield 5 beta. I contacted origin support which gave me access back to my account though I didn't know until just now when I tried to play battlefield 4 that I was banned. I'd like to be able to play battlefield 4 again and i'm willing to prove my innocence to me not actually being me when I got banned. I got banned for linked account which i'm not really sure what that means but i'm guessing it's like account sharing. Any information someone needs to unlock my account i'd be happy to provide. 

I have all the links the support team sent me when I tried to retrieve my account as proof of me not having access of it.

My account has already been claimed by a cyrex21 but that is not me. It says he is also banned.

I've discussed this with our admin group and unfortunately for you, our guidelines are very clear in this case.

Your account is your responsibility, not ours. The account you claim as yours was used for cheating and therefore it has been banned by our service. No action from you will get this account unbanned.
