i made a report before some days about him and you said that was not enough. here is a clip when i was spectating him https://we.tl/t-RpwHl3odBI. if you watch this you will see that his character is blurry while moving compare to other ppl that i spectate he was the only one that this was happening. i dont know about how hacks work but when i posted it on our discord some ppl said that probably this is aimbot or wallhack. plus that when i was spectating him with another admin he was getting the kill bofero the shot land on the target. i know that this maybe is delay of spectator or something but that also didnt happened to other players that i was spectating at that time.

Pls watch this in 0.25 speed from the start. If you look closely you can see a pretty weird snap at 1-2 sec into the vid.

There is no weird snap. If this is all the evidence you have it won't be enough.
