There is nothing special in these reports. Being able to aim with a sniper rifle but with quite a human error there (at most it's 57% hs rate, which means he was running mostly trying with sniper rifle aggressively). Magnum hs rate is even lower. Just good aim

Those weapons are expected to have higher than normal HSKR as players like to go for headshots with sniper rifles and the .44
