I've spectated this Ferfret guy. He is surely one of, if not the best player in Asia right now. If you haven't spectated him, Just look at his KPM on the assault rifles.

He usually plays magnum on Pistol Only Operation Locker, and there's plenty of one-shot-kill potential if aiming at the head, especially when others aren't trying to aim. Obviously not everyone can achieve that kind of KPM, but there are surely a lot of people who can achieve the same, or even higher HSKR. Here's an example https://bf4db.com/player/ban/818966042 .

I know that aiming at head playstyle makes one's HS/K higher.

Even 100% HS/K is possible when carefully aiming at head.

but such accurate aiming took more time than normal one.

For example, mistaken banned player "DA-xx-V" achieves much higher HS/K (75.48% ; 44 magnum) than normal player, but his kpm is relatively low.(1.48 ; 44 mugnum)

It is very unlikely that both  HSKR and  KPM are too high at the same time.

And aiming at head cannot explain why his KPM is always too high.

Ferfret  is too high level in regards to everything.

Yes, his stat is literally too high compared to normal players. But you should also take the difference between his own stats into consideration.

The KPM of him using G18 is among 5.5 - 8.6. The KPM of him using .44 is among 3.0 - 5.5.

And the battlereport you provide shows an extremely high K/D ratio, but it also has the lowest KPM (3.0) among the other reports.

So if you compare his G18 stats to .44 stats, you can see his KPM decrease a lot. And when he's trying to stay alive, the KPM is even lower.

His stats when using .44 is high compared to other players, but not high for himself, according to his performance. 

Even his overall stats show some difference. He has a KPM of 8.23 with G18, 5.70 with M9 and ONLY 4.44 with .44.

Not trying to be salty or a brown noser, but we have to admit it's possible that he is just extremely good. I think that's the reason why BF4DB admins considered the former report was not convincing enough, which resulted in the CLEAN status.
