99% of servers i join give me this message before banning me "banned permanent for dps automatic ban", the game is unplayable now as no servers for me to join, this is the same message from before my ban appeal was accepted, so obviously its the apeal has had no affect and its as if i am stil banned. please can someone sort this out.

It sounds like a server side ban, take it up with the server admin. You are not banned by us.
