Hello, I have a problem, I'm from Chile, and I'm always used to joining Brazilian servers, but they banned me just when I first entered. I attached the reason and wanted to appeal to that ban since I do not use hacks and I do not have the need to do so, sorry for my English but I speak Spanish. You do not seem to be banned by us nor am I able to find any PB violation logged in our system. You do not have anything logged on GGC or PBBans either.

Mind that we are a 3rd party anti-cheat which isn't affiliated with EA, EB or FF. Neither do we have influence on individual server owners. We just provide a banlist to users of our plugin.
