Hello,
I've been banned for taking kit of teammate.
There is a video proof that guy was cheating https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiuPBk8JRRI&feature=youtu.be - he writes in chat that he cheats.
I've never cheated nor used hacks. Took a kit that round from this guy: kxg20790

As you can see this guy shoots almost only RORSCH: he created new account and used that hack (lvl 6 and 24 kills).

These are battlereports of few rounds I've been playing in this server in same team with 'kxg20790':

1. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1003396956946826368/936919965/ That guy created new account and came to server. He was 0lvl. Took 4 kills with  RORSCH MK-1.

2. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1003402254868677760/936919965/ Same server. That guy leveled up to 2lvl. He got killed during the match and I took a kit from this guy. 

3. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1003409794457273472/936919965/ Same server, next 3rd round. That guy gone out. 
(I've been playing all day long, could upload more stats, battle reports. Sorry, I don't have video proof of my first person view of whole round)

Yes i killed 6 guys with taken RORSCH MK-1 from guy nickname 'kxg20790'. I didn't use hacks. 

Yes, i'm sorry, I apologize for that. I won't do something like that in a future for misleading information.

All that video is showing is you using the railgun on a map that doesn't spawn on.

Do you have a video of you picking up the kit?

Unfortunately without a video showing you picking up the kit, per our guidelines the ban will remain in place.
