So, my account has gotten banned for no reason and i would really like to play this game again. I haven't had any hacks in my record, so why could've this been happened? Wouldn't it be just a waste of money if i had been kicked for no reason?

Search your BF4DB profile with the searchbar on our homepage. Click your username in the searchresults. Your BF4DB page appears where you find a blue claim button. Click it to link your Battlelog. Without claimed account we can not investigate.

Because your GUID got caught with a PunkBuster violation, you have to create a ticket at EvenBalance, the developer of PunkBuster. You can do that here: https://www.evenbalance.com/support.php

Copy the gamehack violation to the ticket, you can find the full log in your banreason.

You have to wait for a reply from them, this can take up to two weeks. When they admit the detection was a mistake it will be announced on their homepage.

If EvenBalance states that the violation was triggered in error, we will lift our ban.
