Appeal:  Hello I was banned for Multihack. It was a modded server where all the MRAPs could shoot TVs, Which I dont think is possible with client-side cheats. 

Case has been reopened.  You should be able to play on protected servers again. I would recommend you avoid modded servers if you encounter them or avoid utilizing whatever aspect of the server is modded.

For anyone interested in understanding how we can identify a cheat vs modded server loadout, a cheat cannot replace or add a weapon or shell to a vehicle. Only the weapons selectable in the loadout options seen on battlelog are possible. A vehicle spawns into a game with all possible weapons and your loadout for that particular vehicle dictates which ones fire. A vehicle cheat can allow all of the weapons to fire at once but it cannot equip a weapon the vehicle never had the option to equip in the first place.
