i want u to help me with my account it says that i got banned for linked account but i don't have and i never ever use a cheat or hack on any game 
am a very competitive player  on battlefield 4 and i have a big game fans base on facebook more then 500k and they know me . so i  hope that u check it and fix it cuz i didn't do any thing to get banned for :(

yup it's me i search in youtube about fix hitrage and then i used the program but after that i got banned for multihacking and then i check it was double damage ... i was have no idea about it am swear :( 
and then i format my pc and then start a new account and i used nothing i have videos for me playing if u want to watch

As long as PBBans has that multihack violation on the GUID of your other account we won't remove our ban.

but i don't have multihack on this account  i never use a cheat in my life

As our ban policy states we will ban new accounts from people that have other bans listed.

is there any way to get the banned remove or i can play the game and don't get banned  ?!  

Official servers are free of 3rd party plugins. Stay on those and you will be fine.
