I had stopped playing a long time ago and a few weeks ago I wanted to go back, and I realized that the account had been hacked !! thanks to EA I was able to recover it, and now I can not enter the servers because I'm banned, please can you take away the ban

We do not unban hacked accounts. Reason for that is pinned in the appeals section. Consider reading our ban and appeal policies too in order to prevent further issues with our service.
