Hi, I was wondering, my brother's account has been ban from Multihack,

in case we played together like sitting side by side. however for some reason the antihack system detected that 

fact is we never cheat for BF4, any possible that this could be fault positive?

I did capture the game during he got baned.  we cannot accept the ban that we didn't do.

anything would proved Reference's account please let me know.

honestly, we never know such name " multihack"  until server mentioned.

Your brother needs to appeal his own ban, we don't accept ban appeals on behalf of others.
