Hello,

My Origin account got hacked and I had no access to my account for about 3 months. 

During that time, the hacker seemed to hack in BF4 with my account. So after i got my account back, I wanted to play again and noticed that I was banned.

Can this ban be undone, because I am not responsible for it?
