After reviewing videos and analyzing stats I feel confident the video provided shows no use of an aimbot. The player was aiming at the head naturally in the videos and the low health of a hardcore server accommodates the smaller target required to hit when using a shotgun. In a normal health server its very possible you would not receive a kill when aiming for a headshot and subsequently lose the engagement.
