Why I should be unbanned:
My account was compromised by a Russian hacker, and it's the hacker's IP that is linked with cheats, as it's possible I wasn't the only one he hacked.
I have read your TOS and the purpose of 'link account' ban is to ban the player itself, to stop previous hackers from making new account etc. In this case, I myself as the player and account has never hacked, therefore I should have my ban lifted and any links to the Russian hacker IP removed.
I understand you get alot of "It's not me, it's someone else" excuse but I will provide evidence below in which I'm confident it checks out with your data.
Introduction:
I am the original owner and creator of dinoBIT and I have always lived in Australia. My hardware has changed over the years but I have been with the same ISP.
The last time I played BF4 properly was in October 2017 in FPSG, Australian based server. I was unaware that my account was hacked because I didn't play BF4 for four years, until recently I was banned from League of Shadows server [AU based server]. I did login back at 21 Dec 2019, I think it was only for 5mins after I changed the password.

My account was hacked in 17th June 2019.
Those entries from 17th June 2019 to 4th July 2019 are not me. As you can see those periods are played on EU based servers, for example:
XL-games.ru
VirusBF4.ru
Something something EU Hardcore Community
Clubkent.ru
Just to name a few. And no I didn't go to EU to play BF4 and come back here again nor was there a reason for me to play on 500ping servers.

In seeing those, I had to search my email back to 17th June 2019 and all from EA.com and what I found was sickening. That date coincide with that new sign in activity from RU, here's a picture:

So I logged in to AnswersHQ EA and went to the personal settings and found two IP addresses that are unknown.

Evidence 4:
The hacker managed to change my emblem into something that is really cool to be frank, but complicated 40/40 layers. My point is that if you look at the last five emblems done by me, it's simple, no more than 17 layers. There's no way I could've made that last complicated emblem as I have no artistic ability at all. Pic provided.

And yes, my account is my responsibility and all that, but my password was changed twice beforehand in previous years, I just feel like I was targeted because my account was dormant after that. Did you guys encounter other accounts that was breached around this time?

In Summary:
I shouldn't be banned because I am clearly the victim. It's like I'm being labelled a criminal because other criminal broke into my apartment that was locked without consent, but the building was owned by EA. I don't want anymore labels, I would like the whole ban to be lifted and the link to Russian IP removed.
At this point, I have no idea which account 'dinoBIT' is linked too that got me banned, but I'm certain if you have a look at those linked accounts, they are based in EU, finally then all my evidence are correct and I'm being truthful that I did not hack.
