Good day,

I would like to appeal my ban für obvious reasons.

First of all, i know there is absolute no excuse for cheating in an online game. Yet i have to say that that it will be very hard for me to proof my innocence. I was trying to collect all possible proofs to ensure that my account was in other hands not long ago which i didn't noticed because i was playing other games on other platforms and now i wanted to play some old school Battlefield because i knew i was one level away from the endlevel of 140. The guy that got in my account changed my playertag several times whish are in english and I know that Punkbuster detected a cheating programm for wallhack which i knew after clicking on BANNED on my playerlink. So now im stuck because these are the only imformations i have and i am wondering how can i proof something that this wasn't me. Did reset all of my passwords yesterday in a little fear of how someone could get into other accounts therefore i am scared that this could happen again. Emmediately getting the 2 factor confimation done and i know for shure that a lot of guys want to get their ban away whish costs a lot of time.I hope that i am allowed to ask what information is really relevant to proof that someone else used this account which i think about a long time now. Even considered buying it new from ground of but got rid of that think after checking my battlelog which telled me i hat a blast in this game. 

I really want to get to lvl 140 and the hype that is now going on makes me pumped to play again.

Gonna try to write the support of origin maybe they can give me a some information or a proof  that someone else used this account from another adress.
