Ok so I was banned off a server and was advised to come here. But here is how the story goes.

I was banned 2 years ago for multi hacks and did not understand as then I just joined PC gaming and was not using any programs to alter my performance in game since I just joined PC gaming and did not understand "Hacks". I logged a complaint with evenbalance and they too told me no I was using something. After countless replies and tickets I just left it and never bothered to play again and was not going to argue with them as they had a reason to ban me...

So just the other day I was cleaning out my computer files and managed to find a screenshot of the exact time that i was banned and saw that I did in fact run something that was not allowed but like I said I was unaware of hacks and did not alter my in game performance. 

The program was called cheat enjin and was merely to make my downloads faster on steam... I know I know... makes no sense. Well let me explain. I live in South Africa back then i had a 4mbps Line and wanted to download a game ASAP... I googled how to make your steam games download faster and found this tutorial which instructed me to download cheat enjin... I then did what he said and had steam in the directory etc and made the downloads look like it was downloading faster... But stupid me did not know what the program actually does left it open with steam in the directory decided to play some BF4... So after a few moments I got banned for multihack... 

Prior to joining the server i was banned to come here I was told punkbuster banned me hence why I went to even balance and explained to them exactly what I am explaining now. And something was done but still needed additional info in the log.txt file. I then rejoined the server that I was banned on and No more punkbuster message came on but only your message to come here to appeal. 

I checked my GUID and its NOT on the MBI of punkbuster... Its on Fairplay and the other ones as I have to go and appeal there too.  Other than that I dont know what else to say. 

If there is any other info needed please let me know. I wont give any details to anyone other than the moderators or admins.

Cheat engine does indeed cause a ban in battlefield. My recommendation is to try and appeal the ban again with punkbuster/evenbalance with the information you now have. If they overturn your ban then we will overturn the ban we applied

Ok sweet I will see what they say and come back here. I did check my GUID on the master ban index of punkbuster and it says my GUID is clean.. Does that help anything?

No. Our system works the same as pbbans system. And PBbans.com is not the official Punbuster, it is a third party like we are.

We need a statement from Evenbalance that the violation is a false positive. As you already mentioned to have contacted Evenbalance without success, the ban will not be removed.
