I know i have created this the wrong way, now i'm following the proper guide to submit my appeal...

I don't know what to say, not even if you guys are going to believe me or not...

i have BF4 since 2015 or 2016 (i don't remember) and i don't play this game so often.
One day i noticed that my nickname has changed and it wasn't me. i got in contact with EA and origin which helped me figure out how to change my nickname (ID). I just downloaded this game some days ago and I kept getting kicked warnings for aimbot reason.
now i changed my password and even my email password to avoid this issue again. This is a very good game that i don't want to lose what took me so long to achieve, like the good weapons and stuff. I'm a 33 year old guy that needs some distraction after stressful days at work, please consider, ok?

I'll never let this happen again. I know how stressful it is to deal with cheaters, i've been taking care of other game's servers too like half life 2 deathmatch and counter-strike Global Offensive. you can take a look at my steam profile (ribasgabe) which is nice and clean (has also got hacked once but i changed the PW and login methods too).

But please, believe me, it's just up to you guys! And i'll promise to take more care of my account's info and will never ever let this happen again.
