 I will usually join a game and within a few seconds be "kicked for 2 minutes" with the AIMBOT 52120 code. I submitted a evenbalance/punkbuster support ticket weeks ago but they have not responded. I can send the link to the ticket (can not post it in public) to you if you need it. Also, I tried "claiming my soldier" on my profile but don't see the option to do it. Thanks for reading.

You need to appeal your ban with EvenBalance as this is a Punkbuster Violation.

You can submit a ticket here and if EvenBalance agrees the violation was triggered in error we will lift the ban.
