its saying hacking/cheating but ive been banned months ago from now and it was about insulting to a player or maybe an admin really dont remember. i dont know why they said it was cheating but these days i started playing BF4 again and realised this ban, wanted to solve this situation. i dont have any kind of visual evidence from those days as i said its been 5-6 months at least but it wasnt about hacking or something surely remember it was insulting or swearing.

You do not seem to be banned on our site. So you should be able to play on BF4DB servers. The kickmessage you get is not ours either. So I think you need to try and contact that individual server owner or find another server then the one you are trying to join at the moment.

this server is not yours?

No, we are a 3th party anticheat which offers  a banlist and a plugin that server owners can install. Beyond our own banlist we have no power over servers that run our service.
