I Have Claimed my Soldier.

I haven't played Battlefied 4 for many years now but some friends got me to play it again for the sake of nostalgia. The game was never installed on my actual computer. I'm joining my friends, getting banned instantly. 
Well that's odd, let's try another server. Same result.

So i search into it, figures someone hacked my account and cheated with it.

You can see on reports 1/2 from battlelog all games are from the same server and occuring 2/3 weeks ago (except the first one when i got banned this evening). 
Reports 3 show i stopped playing around end of 2017 / March of 2018. Then on February 2021 i supposedly started playing again for several days per week at some insane hours (05/03/2021 playing from 4 AM to 4PM ???). 

I know getting hacked is not part of your appeal policy, but i showed with these reports that something doesn't add up.
