Appeal: Hello. Last i played bf 4 was 2 and a half years ago. But today i wanted to install and play it again and now i notice that my account has been banned. I should say that i didnt cheat. I also play rainbow six siege and because of cheaters i quit my favourite game. I hate them. Why would i do something i hate. If my account cheated that is not definitely me. I also claimed my account  minutes ago. It is probably somebody else who could be able to sign in my account. I can assure that now account is belongs only to me. I love the mayhem of the battlefield. Please let me continue my journey. I believe you will make the right decision. Thanks in advance..

If i have used cheat i think at least my k/d would be over 1.00. As you can see its 0.48. I hope you can reply as soon as possible. Thanks in advance again.

We would like to request that you record a round of gameplay to verify your abilities. The terms of recording is as follows:

- Recording must be from round loading screen until end of round scoreboard.

- Resolution must be a minimum of 720p 60fps, with a recommended 1080p 60fps.

- There may be no outside audio, other than the game and a VoIP application of your choosing.

- The statistics you need to replicate are: 80-100% headshots with the AK-5C
