Hey there,

first off: I already tried to appeal the ban of this account back in 2014 when it was banned because it was stolen and then cheated with. The appeal was denied and I fully accept this. This appeal isn't to ask you again to unban the account. I know that I am responsible for the security of my account. That's why since then I always do anything I can to protect it (using 2FA, regulary change passwords and use them only once and so on).

But I read through the latest appeals and could see that today you are offering victims of stolen accounts to change the ban reason to "hacked account" and to not link newer accounts to it anymore.

I'd just like to ask you to do the same for me. I'm pretty sure I posted some evidences that the account was stolen in the first appeal, but I can't find this anymore and the only proof I have left on my disc is this screenshot an server admin sent me back in the days showing that some russian IP logged in to my account when all this happened.

I really hope you can help me with this so I can play in future without having to fear another ban for linked account.

Based on the evidence provided and what we can see on our end, your account has been compromised at some point, and was used to cheat during that time. Because cheats were used on that account, we are unable to lift your ban and the appeal is denied. The ban on your other account however will be lifted.
