    I have claimed my soldier.

    I used an external reshade crosshair and was banned for it. I was under the impression that your service did not ban for it, only Battlefield Agency. I have obviously stopped using this crosshair, which I understand is against the terms of service, but I do not think a permanent ban is appropriate for a crosshair that has the same utility as a marker dot on the middle of the screen. Thanks.
