Chatlogs in German, so german support would be appreciated, but i will state my case in english i guess: 
So, back in Octobre 2019 i tried to play BFV with some friends after quite some pause from BF games in general, only to find out that my account has been banned. So i wrote with the EA-Support and they pretty quickly lifted my official Ban since they could see that it wasn't me playing. 
Now, fast forward to today, after a loooong pause I wanted to play a game of BF4 again, so I started it, connected to a server only to get disconnected since I've been banned for "Multihack". 
Counting one and one together, i figured it must've been a global Ban from EA's side on my account which they lifted, but the game the person that hacked my account played was BF4 (Before i thought it was a BFV ban only)
So yeah, that being said: I would really, really appreciate it if you could lift my ban. I've never cheated in online games in my life, I own a steam account worth roughly 4000€, which of course is VAC-Ban free, my Origin is at like 300€. I just don't see the point in it, it ruins the fun for everybody else, but myself included.
I also want to note that I've of course looked throught my case, and my profile as well as the logs can tell you, that I'm not really far above average. That is except of the rounds the hacker played (like 130 kills and 4 deaths or something) and i think my KD, accuracy and so on can prove that quite well since ive spend at least 95 hours playing, the hacker shouldn't have tainted my stats too much.

Guten Tag, und zwar wurde ich damals gebannt nachdem mein account gehacked wurde. Mir ists bei BF5 aufgefallen. Jetzt wollte ich eine Runde BF4 spielen und ich wurde von dem Server geschmissen wegen einem bann durch "Multihack"

Dieser ist inoffiziell auf https://bf4db.com/player/ban/384596582. Nun fehlen mir die Chatlogs von meinem damaligen Entbann durch den EA-Service und ich wollte fragen ob dieser noch zur verfügung steht oder ob ich erneut eine Bestätigung über einen gelifteten Bann erhalten könnte

Der account wurde wenn ich mich recht erinnere im Mai 2019 gehacked. Ich habe mich dann im Oktober in BF5 eingeloggt um zu spielen, nur um zu erfahren dass ich gebannt wurde. Dieser Bann wurde vom EA-Support schon aufgelöst. Jedoch ist der Bann anscheinend in BF4 entstanden. Dort wurde ich auch vor "meinem" offiziellen Bann schon inoffiziell gebannt (BF4DB)

Jetzt ist mein offizieller Bann schon seit einiger Zeit weg, jedoch bin ich inoffiziell auf den meisten servern über BF4DB gebannt und muss dort um einen entbann bitten. Dafür brauche ich jedoch eine Art von Bestätigung durch den EA-Support, dass mein Account gehacked wurde und der Bann nicht durch meine Schuld zustande kam. Diese Bestätigung hatte ich damals in meinem Support-Ticket, jedoch kann ich mir dieses nicht mehr anzeigen lassen

Ja, ich sehe und ich kann bestaetige dass dein Account gehackt wurde und deshalb hast du ein Ban erhalten und auch ich sehe dass einen Kollege von mir hat dein Account gesichert und dein Ban entspert.
