Appeal: Someone hacked into my Origin account and hacked with it in game.I already changed my password and set up and 2-factor authentication.
I can't prove I got hacked (I mean how could I ?) thats why you will probably denie this appel.
But is there anyway to get this ban lifted ?
Do i have to wait like some months or is this an indefinit ban?

You can check your device log in history on ea.com. You can also contact ea support to see if they can help you confirm your account was compromised. Unfortunately your account was used to cheat so we will not be able to lift the ban but if you can establish the account was compromised, we will not link you to any new accounts you use.

So the only way to play Battlefied 4 again is to make a new account and buy the game again after i proved my account was hacked ?

You have to prove it was hacked first. We do not lift bans on accounts used to cheat regardless of who was using them but we are making an effort to establish that when an account is stolen and used to cheat, the accounts original owner doesn't get caught up in bans for linked accounts.
