I've played every single BF games to date and never cheated. I'm against cheating of all kind. I have therefore absolutely no idea why I was banned back in 2018. When I furthermore take a look at some old Battlereports from that period I can't find any evidence of me cheating of any kind. So... what to do? Just want my account back. 

You are globally banned by punkbuster https://www.pbbans.com/mpi/mpi-guid-search-1719834e-44.html&showLG=yes&showAT=yes&safeview=no and raised a punkbuster violation. I dont see any evidence of cheating in your game history either. This particular pb violation is a known false positive but unfortunately seems to resolve into a global guid ban and the company has not been keeping up with its appeals process so getting the ban even looked at by evenbalance is unlikely.

Since I see no evidence of cheating I have cleared your account on BF4DB but know that this is more symbolic than functional. You will likely be kicked from any server running punkbuster regardless of third party anticheats.

I've submitted two tickets to Even balance (1 - a year ago) and another one today. I have not heard anything from both of them. So... I guess I have to buy a new key just to be able to play online?

Yeah that is how you would have to go about playing bf4 again. I did hear that someone put in a complaint to the BBB about evenbalance and they finally got a response but it it was a one time thing. If you're motivated enough you could go the same route. PB is pretty useless
