Appeal: I've been banned for supposedly use of aimbot and I do not use any cheating stuff.  At the additional information of my ban's reasons (https://bf4db.com/player/ban/362973481) was allegged that "Really weird overnight increase in accuracy, consistently. His KPMs are nearly double what they used to be and accuracy basically doubled as well with the same rifles." 

Firstly: If you take a good look at the report attached (http://bf4cheatreport.com/?pid=362973481&uid=&cnt=200&selectreports=1285769289759961024,1285761398608998336,1285754587755556800,1285371321856798656,1285364614309064640,1285358232990101440,1285350706068303808,1285046006311792576,1285039802177007552,1285019541327294400,1284678274873536448) you are going to perceive that only  some isolated gameplays the numbers from the kills per minute and percent accuracy columns are close to 20/30% increase, what also happens over the last weeks and possibly the last years, so it's really annoying  to read a report saying "double KPM and accuracy doubled" when those never happened when using the same type of guns. Please take a good look at the report and you'll see that on the last week I started playing more matchs as a sniper (M98B) what naturally improve my accuracy over assault (FAMAS) however it remains at a good/regular player averages.

Secondly: Take a look at my kills/death ratio, if someone uses a AIMBOT than it is impossible to die as much as I do. Also take a look into the number of headshots, they're minimal for a "aimbot/cheater", so I must say that this ban was a bad joke and if you still are not convinced than please ask me to record a gameplay video and I will do it as soon as possible. Really hope you lift my ban cause I really enjoy playing BF4 and I must reiterate that I never cheated and I really hate who does.

I ask you to take a look at my accuracy with rifles as FAMAS and F2000 then you will see that I did not doubled my accuracy levels. In the other hand look my accuracy with snipers M40A5 and L115 and then compare to my last week accuracy when using M98B, you will notice that my accuracy improved a bit (thus far from doubled as you claimed) with the M98B because on the last week I was just playing with this sniper rifle, which I think is better than the others. Another fact that I would like to include is that I always play at the same server and map, and if you take a look at older reports you may notice that I never played with sniper for consecutive days or weeks as I am doing lately.  So if you want proofs please let me know by asking me to record a gameplay video.
